Speaker | Remembering Jack Rudolph

Our dear friend and fellow breakfast club member, Jack Rudolph, passed away on Thursday October 4 2012. Jack was born in 1952 at Gull Lake Saskatchewan. His family moved to Regina shortly afterwards and made their way to Saskatoon in 1966 when he was in grade 12. He graduated from Walter Murray High School and soon became involved with the Squire Shop as an employee and then part owner. The Squire Shop then expanded to include Mansize Mens Wear in 1976. However, Jack's first training after high school was in jewelry.

Jack joined our breakfast club in 1986 ... 2 years after it was formed. From then on, he could always be counted on for a meeting-opener joke as well as friendly pokes and jabs at the close of meetings as he took several turns at being the club's sargent at arms. Jack will always be remembered for his friendly nature and warm genuine smile. We will miss and remember him always.

Jack is survived by his wife Teri and son Mitchell as well as Mitchell's family. Jack's memorial service will take place October 11 at Saskatoon Funeral Home.

In lieu of a speaker, members took turns this morning recounting memories of Jack.
