Executive Announcements

Next meeting will be our Annual Christmas Luncheon, cocktails served at 11am, confirm your attendance and guests by friday. There will be no gift exchange instead we ask that you consider making a donation to the Children's Health Foundation. They have been our choice of charity for 2009 and we will also have a guest speaker from the Children's Health Foundation at the Christmas Luncheon.

Dr Don made mention of the World Junior Hockey starts on Boxing Day and tickets are still available.

Sharon Kaendo with Leisure Travel 2000 is having a one day sale see the email that was sent out earlier.

Dwight Buccholz with TD Canada Trust spoke about the Care and Share program that provides hot food to kids. This program was started 12 years ago and contributions can be made through your bank account and can be automatically withdrawn.

Joe Schmidt with Carstar Collision made mention of a contest they are hosting in which you can enter to win tickets to the World Juniors.

Milton Taylor with Imagery has gift certificates available for family portraits.

The speaker was to be Darren McDonald with Saskatoon Homepage, unfortunately he was unable to make it so 4 members gave a 4 minute mini speech.

Hergott Duval & Stack is a local accounting firm that started in 1982, they have since seen incredible growth going from 8 to now 75 people. They specialize in personal tax returns, small business and large company audits. They are located on the 12th floor in the Saskatoon Square.

Clint Thomas with Blinds Unlimited

The store is open from 8:30 to 5pm monday to friday and encourages everyone to come down to the 1000 sq ft show room where they have all their blinds on display. They provide same day service and blind cleaning as well as in home consulting.

Keri Schaeffer with Brigadier Security

Specializes in residential and commercial security as well as CCTV Camera systems and card access. The company was been in business since 1985 and has seen incredible growth. They focus on their service and after sales support to provide everyone with safety and security. Even if you have an existing security system Brigadier can have it monitored through Securtek.

Sue Brooks with Eclecthink International

Sue Brooks provides consulting with businesses for creative problem solving. They are a homebased business and they also teach classes at the U of S through the Agriculture Department as well.

Rick Carlson with Cuelenare Kendall Katzman & Watson

Culenare is a law firm with 18 lawyers and a staff of 40. They cover litigation, criminal law, family law, real estate and corporate law.
