Sharon reminded everyone of the Mystery Diner on April 2nd there will be an email sent out with the details. Also a reminder for the Great West Brewery Social on April 15th.

Dwight handed out a flyer for the Annual Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame at TCU Mar 25th.

General Announcements

Guests today included Jan with The Bull alternate for Darren McDonald, Candace with Crestview alternate for Don. Depesh with Picatic brought Joan Steckham with Kinsmen Telemiracle as our guest speaker and Laura with Paramount brought Sara as her guest and also her alternate.

Jack needs speakers for upcoming meetings if interested please call. The next meeting is tentatively booked for the financial report.

Speaker | Joan Steckham with Kinsemen Telemiracle Foundation

The Kinsmen Telemiracle is holding their 33rd annual Telethon on Mar 7th to Mar 9th. Thanks to donations the foundation has the opportunity to improve the quality of life and the independence of hundreds of people every year. The funds are made available for people to access special needs equipment and medical assistance that otherwise wouldn't be attainable.

There is a board of directors that meet 8 times a year to determine distribution of funds and an application process that includes documentation of financial information. There is also funding available for immediate support for someone in need of emergency medical treatment.

Joan shared some stories of individuals that have been helped by the the Kinsmen foundation and their letters of thanks.
