Three years ago, he expanded to his 51st Street location so that he could have more visibility. Joe says that having traffic drive by your business results in indirect advertising.Carstar does major body repairs as well as small dent repairs. They give airmiles to their customers and also give 10 airmiles for referrals. One of the members asked about getting additional repair work done to a vehicle that SGI has missed in their initial appraisal. Joe says that SGI Adjusters only have 12 minutes to appraise the damage on you car so often they need to have the supplemental appraiser attend to approve additional repairs. He enjoys a good working relationship with them. Joe had some door prizes that went to Milt, Dale, Len and one for each of the women attending. Keith Moen thanked Joe for agreeing to speak on short notice. Sergeant at ArmsLyle Bauer started off the new year with many fines and cunning remarks.Hidden HandNo fines today.
